Well, when you actually make contact with someone (took me 3 phone calls and messages she never returned) she was rude and extremely unprofessional. She started by telling me I needed to get in gear about my wedding venue since our date was 13 months away. Uh, yeah that's why I'm calling you. I set up an appointment to visit the venue that was suppose to take place 3 days later. While on the phone with her, she asked if I could call her prior to our arrival because she "might be tanning or something". Uh, why did I need to know that? The day of our viewing I called before we left our house and guess what!? Yep didn't answer the phone again so I left a message. It took us about an hour and a half to get there and the message I left had our ETA. Show up at the venue and no one is there. Called again, no answer. It was clear to me that her customer's were not her top priority. We left and visited Ridge Haven Chalet just down the road. They are wonderful people and have an absolutely beautiful venue. Ridge Haven is comparably priced and they know how to treat their customers.
